These all include military factories, naval dockyards, and civilian factories. Having a high manpower is dependent on your conscription law, occupation law, territory, and national spirit.įactories is the total number of factories you have available to you. Manpower is the available amount of men you can use to train divisions, build ships, or assign to squadrons. You’d see the aggressors experiencing a penalty to their war support while defending nations experience a positive increase.
Having high war support would entail you having strong division buffs when fighting in your homeland and a faster mobilization speed. War support is a measurement of how determined your nation is for war. Stability can be increased through ministers, decisions, and nation leaders. Conversely, the opposite will occur if your stability dips below 50%. Having a large stability can result in some powerful buffs, such as an increase in factory and dockyard output. Stability is a gauge of the people’s support for your government and nation. A recommended advisor would be one who provides additional PP or stability, as accumulating PP allows you to make more decisions. When you have enough PP, you can pick an advisor.
